Soft fuse rating

Each output channel is configured with a soft (software) fuse rating.

Note

  • Soft fuse ratings do not apply to Signal module channels which have been configured as outputs.

  • For safety reasons, channel soft fuse ratings are locked during configuration and cannot be adjusted by users.

  • Soft fuse ratings can only be adjusted by Raymarine authorized engineers.

  • Soft fuses tripping suggests an issue with the device connected to that channel.

Soft fuse rating

You can view the soft fuse rating of a channel from the output channel page; Press the OK button and select Fuse rating from the Options menu.
