System hardware configuration
As a minimum the YachtSense DCS-Series Digital Control System must consist of a Master system that includes a Master module and a Power supply module.
System configuration
Master moduleThe Master module must contain the relevant configuration files for the system.
Modules must be assembled in configuration order.
Power supply moduleUp to 6 input and output modules can be connected to a Master module.
Remote moduleThe YachtSense DCS-Series Digital Control System can be expanded to include Remote systems, each Remote system must include as a minimum a Remote module and a Power supply module, but can also include up to 6 input and output modules per assembly.
The Master system and Remote systems are subject to a maximum current draw of 100A per assembly.
The entire YachtSense DCS-Series Digital Control System including the Master system and all Remote systems is subject to a maximum of 400 channels.
Master systemRemote systemThe Master system and Remote systems communicate using a SeaTalk NG network.
Multifunction Display (MFD)The YachtSense DCS-Series Digital Control System can be controlled by compatible Raymarine chartplotters also known as Multifunction displays (MFDs) connected via both Ethernet (RayNet) and SeaTalk NG.
Raymarine appThe YachtSense DCS-Series Digital Control System can be controlled by a mobile device running Raymarine app version 2.0 or later.
The YachtSense DCS-Series Digital Control System must be configured to enable display of data pages on the Raymarine app.
