Preparing the mounting surface (surface cable routing)
The mounting surface must be prepared correctly for surface cable routing.
Prerequisites:
Ensure that you have selected a suitable mounting location based on the requirements listed throughout the following section: Location requirements
Ensure that you have identified all cable connections required and routed the necessary cables to your selected mounting location.
Ensure that the provided fixings are suitable for your mounting surface material and thickness.
Note
Ensure that the mounting template is orientated correctly the Front arrow on the template should point in the desired viewing direction.
- Use the supplied mounting template to mark out the location of the 3 fixing holes.
- Drill the 3 x holes required for the fixings at the marked locations.
