Precision joystick settings

Joystick settings are available for the Mercury® Precision Joystick. The Joystick Settings determine the engine(s) responsiveness to joystick commands. Joystick settings can be accessed from the Joystick sidebar.

1. Joystick sidebar — The Joystick Settings sidebar is accessed by selecting the Joystick icon from the Mercury® sidebars.

2. Notification — The Joystick Settings notification appears when the Menu button is pressed on the physical Mercury® joystick.

The available Joystick Settings are:

• Low — The engines will react less aggressively to joystick commands. This is suitable for conditions where less throttle is required.

• High — The engines will react more aggressively to joystick commands. This is suitable for conditions where more throttle is required.

• Bow Thrusters — When enabled, the bow thrusters will be used for joystick manoeuvres.
