Preparing the power cable

The camera’s dedicated power cable is supplied with insulation fitted. The insulation must be removed and the wires stripped to allow connection.

Using appropriate wire cutters / strippers:

1. Cut the insulation from the end of the power cable.
2. Remove a section of the outer sheath^(!).
3. Remove a section of sheath from each wire.
