RayNet network connection

The Master module communicates with Raymarine Axiom-Series and Axiom 2-Series chartplotters (MFDs) using the RayNet connection.

Note

  • The example below uses a network switch, however the Master module can also be connected directly to a chartplotter’s (MFD’s) RayNet network connection.

  • In addition to the RayNet network connection the chartplotter (MFD) must also be on the same SeaTalk NG backbone as the Master module.

  • In addition to the RayNet network connection the YachtSense Link router must also be on the same SeaTalk NG backbone as the Master module.
