RNS-8 port identification
Before attempting to view your network switch’s port diagnostic information, it is vital to know the associated port number for each port.

Port 1 — PoE (Classes 0 to 4), (30 W maximum) RayNet Ethernet network connection port (10 / 100 / 1000 Mbits/s).
Port 2 — Non-PoE RayNet network connection port (10/100/1000 Mbits/s)
Port 3 — PoE (Classes 0 to 4), (30 W maximum) RayNet Ethernet network connection port (10 / 100 / 1000 Mbits/s).
Port 4 — Non-PoE RayNet network connection port (10/100/1000 Mbits/s)
Port 5 — PoE (Classes 0 to 4), (30 W maximum) RayNet Ethernet network connection port (10 / 100 / 1000 Mbits/s).
Port 6 — Non-PoE RayNet network connection port (10/100/1000 Mbits/s)
Port 7 — PoE (Classes 0 to 4), (30 W maximum) RayNet Ethernet network connection port (10 / 100 / 1000 Mbits/s).
Port 8 — Non-PoE RayNet network connection port (10/100/1000 Mbits/s)
