Compatible Honda® engine systems
Engine data from Honda® outboard engines (40hp and greater) that transmit data using standard NMEA 2000 messages can be received by the chartplotter, when it is connected to the same NMEA 2000 network.

Required cables — Honda® mechanical control outboards
Mechanical control outboards require one of the following Honda® supplied cables to connect the engine(s) to an NMEA 2000 network:
06653-ZZ3-730HE (9.8ft)
06653-ZZ3-760HE (19.5ft)
Honda® iST outboards
Digital control outboards (iST) have the necessary cabling pre-installed to connect to an NMEA 2000 network.
If the chartplotter is connected to a different NMEA 2000 network (e.g.: a SeaTalk NG network) an ECI-100 is required to ensure that the networks are electrically isolated from each other.
